At the end of each year, or more frequently, as needed, we will work closely with your own auditors and tax return preparers, providing all information necessary for audited financial statement and tax return preparation. We also assist with capital and financing transactions, to coordinate and ensure that required items are delivered timely. Our clients range from owners of small buildings with just a few units to large portfolios of thousands of units. We offer these services for a flat monthly, all - inclusive, per-unit fee, which can enable real estate owners and operators to achieve significant cost savings as compared to the traditional management approach.
